One of the key operational areas of FundServiceBank is retail banking. The Bank provides a broad range of products and services to individual customers. In retail business FundServiceBank pursues its goals in several operational fields. The most important among them are deposits and savings, bank cards, consumer loans, transfers and payments. We permanently make efforts to diversify the range of retail products and services, and to improve their delivery through our distribution chains, primarily through our branch network.

Our developed office network makes delivery of services to clients easy and convenient. Individual customers may pay for housing and utility services in our offices. With regard to the growing demand for individual borrowings, the Bank started developing new consumer lending and mortgage plans.

FundServiceBank cooperates with other financial service providers. The Bank broadened the number of offices with access to the Western Union international transfer network.

The majority of individual customers were employees of client enterprises of FundServiceBank, e. g. staff members of companies which have card-based payroll agreements with the Bank. Recently, however, the number of individual customers who have started to bank at FundServiceBank by their own choice is also gradually growing.

Our Bank is a  member of the Federal Deposit Insurance System (FDIS). Membership in the FDIS has enabled FundServiceBank to further strengthen its stature as a stable and reliable institution.
